RAPTOR/Eclipse leopard geckos

  • Merlin: This fine example of a partial reverse stripe RAPTOR was acquired by Eye Candy Geckos in May of 2008 from Sunshine State Exotics. He will be the focus of several tremper albino red-eye morph projects in upcoming years.

  • Gulliver: He was named for his travels on the way to our facilities. This excellent looking eclipse came to Eye Candy Geckos from H.I.S.S. in July of 2008. Not only is he a gorgeous eclipse, but he is a giant. He will play a key role in a unique project and should be making some very big, very interesting geckos for years to come.

Mack Snow and Mack Snow crosses

  • Yuki: Her name means "snow" in Japanese. Yuki came to us in June of 2008 from Frank's Geckos. Aside from being a prime example of the Mack Super Snow morph, there's a 66% chance she's 'het' for Tremper albino. Yuki will be an integral part of our Mack RAPTOR and Mack Tremper projects.

  • Glacier: She's the second gecko in our trio of Super Snow 66% het Trempers. Glacier has the same stunning attributes as Yuki. What can we say that her pictures don't already tell you? She too joined us in June of 2008 from Frank's Geckos.

  • Snowcap: She is another gorgeous example of what the Mack Super Snow morph has to offer. We'll soon find out whether she is 'het' Tremper albino or not. Like Yuki and Glacier, she came to Eye Candy Geckos from Frank's Geckos in June of 2008. She will play the same role in our breeding projects as her other Super Snow counterparts.

  • Crystal: This stunning Mack Snow Rainwater Albino leopard gecko came to us from Letkey's Leos in July of 2008. She is obviously quite a looker, but she also carries some very exciting genes. Aside from being a Mack Snow Rainwater Albino, she is 'het' for both the patternless and blizzard recessive genes. This should lead to some very exciting projects. Don't worry, we have a few things in mind.

  • Slush: Slush is another fantastic example of the Mack Rainwater morph. Like her Mack Rainwater counterparts, she is double het for patternless and blizzard. She'll be a part of the same projects as Crystal, so keep an eye out for what's to come.

  • Sleet: Sleet, like her fellow Mack Rainwaters, carries both the patternless and blizzard genes. She too joined our family from Letkey's Leos in July of 2008. We can't wait to see what this one will produce.

  • Uller: This guy surprised us when he turned out to be a male! He is a beautiful Mack Snow 100% het Tremper albino/Eclipse (RAPTOR). He will play an integral role in our Mack RAPTOR/super RAPTOR projects. Uller was acquired by Eye Candy Geckos from Gecko Euphoria in July of 2008.

Super-hypo Tangerine Carrot Tail Baldies

  • Oracle: Oracle joined us from a local source in Florida. It is highly likely they were bred from the same lines. Like Warlock, her true color is tough to capture on camera. All we know if that this one is going to produce some serious quality offspring.

  • Annapurna: We named her after the Hindu god of food for her voracious appetite and hearty size. Annapurna was another local find in Florida, but she came from a different source. The offspring she produced this season surprised us very much when they came out with far deeper orange hues than her and even extreme carrot heads. We believe that her pairing with Warlock has unlocked some serious genetic potential. Annapurna remains our biggest tangerine breeder and one of the nicest geckos we have ever kept.

  • Messy: We can't seem to keep this one's enclosure clean, hence the name. Messy is the offspring of Annapurna and a male from the AMGecko line. We acquired her locally in Florida before our relocation to Troy, New York. Together, Messy and Warlock have made some serious carrot tail offspring. We can't wait to see what she can do in future pairings.

  • Morse: We couldn't believe the way this guy started coloring up at just one week of age. We named him Morse because the dots he had running down his back as a young hatchling reminded us of morse code. This little guy is the son of Warlock and Annapurna. The intense carrot head he has is something we hope to breed into all of our future tangerines. He just might be the one to replace Warlock as our main breeder.

Mossy leaf-tailed geckos (U. S. Sikorae)

  • Erebus: This fine captive bred specimen was acquired by Eye Candy Geckos in August of 2008 from Todd Smith. We intend to breed him to all of our female sikorae breeders.

  • Artemis: This fine captive bred specimen was acquired by Eye Candy Geckos in August of 2008 from Todd Smith. We intend to breed her to both of our male sikorae breeders.

  • Hestia: She was named for the Roman goddess of the hearth. This fine wild caught specimen was acquired by Eye Candy Geckos in March of 2008 from Bay Area Reptiles. She is a prime example of a piebald patterned sikorae. We intend to breed her to both of our male sikorae breeders. As evidenced by the calcium sacks hanging from her neck, she is ready to produce some amazing offspring.

  • Nyx: This fine wild caught specimen was named for the Greek goddess of the night. She was acquired by Eye Candy Geckos in May of 2008 from Bay Area Reptiles. Despite her arrival with a regenerated tail, she is an excellent example of a piebald patterned sikorae. We intend to breed her to both of our male sikorae breeders.
